After School Registration
A fun, creative camp. Designed to keep the kids busy till you can get here to pick them up. We can usually be found in the visual art room or outside. On Thursdays we land in the computer lab. As we may be painting, a paint shirt (mens t-shirt) to leave onsite is recommended. 3:30 - 5:00 Monday to Friday. $14 a day or $220 per month.

Learning Resource Policy
Learning resources, as defined by the Ministry of Education as “information represented, accessible or stored in a variety of media and formats, which assists student learning as defined by the learning outcomes of the provincial curriculum.” Generally, learning resources are texts, videos, software, and other materials that assist students to meet the expectations for learning, as defined by provincial or local curricula.

Child Abuse Policy
Studio9 Independent School of the Arts respects that the protection of children from abuse is a fundamental and legal responsibility of everyone in society and in the education system. This policy is intended to specifically address the responsibility of employees, volunteers and others interacting with students at Studio9.

Substance Use Policy
Studio9 is committed to the health and safety of its students and anyone attending the School. The School recognizes that the use of drugs, tobacco, vapour products, alcohol, certain medications, and impairment generally can have serious effects on students and the learning environment.

Harassment and Bullying Prevention Policy
Studio9 is committed to providing a safe, caring and orderly educational environment. The purpose of this policy is to provide for the protection of students’ physical safety, social connectedness, inclusiveness and protection from all forms of bullying and harassment, regardless of their gender, race, culture, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity.
